Oh Nicky, it sounds fab! I've checked both places out on Wikipedia and property prices are between $1.3m and $1.6m AUD...surely not a regular person's kind of place? I have not looked at rentals yet but it sounds v v expensive, and of course it as only 8km south of the CBD so I guess it would be expensive wouldn't it?
How about good schools in the area, are there any good state schools for the older kids or is it all private?
