In addition to having great neighbours, we have a nice beach, fantastic cafes and restaurants, excellent shopping locally and 10 minutes away in Bondi Junction and next to no bugs, flies or spiders.

I'm halfway between Coogee and Clovelly in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.
In addition to having great neighbours, we have a nice beach, fantastic cafes and restaurants, excellent shopping locally and 10 minutes away in Bondi Junction and next to no bugs, flies or spiders.

W-e-e-ll , maybe occasionally, in the middle of the night.
It rarely gets below 8-10 degrees around here during the winter nights, and it rarely gets above 33 degrees during the summer days. Proximity to the sea means the weather's never too extreme.
Quite good, really..
