On the subject of OZ politicians and their speech...
Do they think it helps them 'bond' with the average aussie by having to chuck in phrases from the days of Ned Kelly or Paul Hogan
.Suck of the sav, shake of the sauce bottle, even abbotts having OCD style "Fair Go" moments
And if Gillard starts one more rant with " Australia is the best country in the world..... " It hardly suggests she is going to deal with its significant problems then.

So are you saying communication skills are a crock of shit? Actions are one thing but without good communication skills there won't be any action. Communication skills are one of the most important skills for a leader and right now Gillard is falling short in that department.
