BB I have usually found your posts to be quite humorous but how you can post this sh**e is beyond my understanding. How about those 2 little boys out the day before Mother's Day in Warrington who were buying presents for their mums. Everything ends in a political solution (apart from things like WW2) - as they should. In our case, defeating their terrorism brought them to the table. In our situation, in a way, we brought about the end of the USSR (as did the Falklands), and the demise of Apartheid - not an intention our leaders would have wanted.

I never said they would and nor were PIRA defeated,what i did say in a round about way is that a/the state will never beat terrorists,those in the north of Ireland now sit with suits on in a so called government via London.
