Crikey, I have never heard of such a thing.............I would have been pretty shocked if something like that had come out of the blue.
But, if everyone agrees I can kind of see why it might be acceptable. Food for thought........hmm.

Oh no, this is so not fine it's not funny. If anyone can't be arsed to get there in person then too bad.

Don't see the issue with it really, obviously it would always be best to be there but if you can't then it's the next best option.
I had my wedding steamed live via web cam none of the guests that attened were aware until I told them afterwards, I hoped they weren't bitching about anyone as they would have been heard on the link up
luckily they'd all behaved themselves!
