Hell yes!

At the time we thought getting the visa was so stressful...was a piece of cake compared to actually moving, leaving our friends behind, settling in here...and that ongoing feeling in the pit of your stomach which I'm assuming never goes away? That 'missing your friends and family' feeling which blindsides you in the middle of an otherwise lovely day and makes you question your decision to move all over again. I can only hope it gets easier eventually.

Sorry, feeling a bit morose this morning, husband and I found out last night that a very good friend is seriously ill in London, THAT'S the hard bit
