Nothng wrong with Starbucks - they make realy BIG coffee's that last for HOURS

Taking it a bit off track here. I am moving to Adelaide in September this year fingers crossed touch wood and all that. How are you finding Adelaide?

Is it as beautiful as it appears to be?

I hae to say though, the day we landed was really cold. I think it was about 8 degrees when we got here (well it was 7am!) and it was really cloudy. I thought 'OMG! what the hell have I done'

It rained for 5 days solid after that and we had to have the reverse cycle air con on full blast in the caravan we hired (good job that was included ). The highest temp was 18 degrees - and the kids went for a swim in the pool . They didn't last long

Winter can be cold, summer can be HOT - in between is perfect. Adelaide has everything I want or need and I really can't think of anywhere I would rather be in the whole world right now.

From the early stressed out days, it has got better for me every day and I absolutely adore the place.

I was reading this reply and pmsl. My husbands just asked what i was laughing at and he's just said that he likes muffin but you can't buy the type he likes at Starbuck's

Snap Joanne, we arrive in September too!! Although we used to live there. You'll love it. Adelaide has everything you need whether u are young, old, sporty, cultured etc etc.
And no I don't work for the tourist board I just love it that much!!

I ended up going against my own prejudice in a way on Friday as I found Raspberry and Chocolate muffins there. Just shows, you should always keep an open mind

Tiggs, not sure what happened to the message, wasn't very important but just saying we used All State (8371 1277) and they were really good, very upfront about what was worth paying for and what wasn't. The PM isn't in my sent items anyway so if I actually wrote anything else it can't have been worth remembering
