Thanks. Waiting for her school to return my call (they're all in a meeting).

Re: How has your day been?
I have been having a childish half hour with my colleague - playing with Siri on my new iPhone, asking it questions.
My colleague asked her if Stephen Hawkings was dead and she replied 'You do not have Stephen Hawkings dad in your contacts, would you like me to search the web?'
I asked her what I should wear today and she said 'Put on your best tracky daks'

Is it too early for wine?
All polled out and contemplating taking the kids to a wildlife place. And it's not even midday

Re: How has your day been?
I just looked at the calendar and realised I only have 4 more days in my job here before moving on to my secondment.
I made honeycomb yesterday (the insides of a Crunchie without the chocolate covering) and brought some into my office so everyone has had to stop by to say hello. I've never been so popular! Oh wait, maybe I was this popular when I made the lemon meringue pies a few months ago.

Re: How has your day been?
The usual IT chaos at work followed by a stinking humid commute home, a dip in the pool, food, some vintage The Who at full blast now an Ozzy Osbourne doc with some wine.
In the midst of this and in the process of trimming my eyebrows (I know, an attractive vision) I have thinned rather too much on one side so have had to even it up. I think I'll get away with it if I keep the glasses on.

Re: How has your day been?
Had a pretty good days sleep - and last night shift tonight
Unfortunately only two days off and back in on days on Saturday. Still shall go and do the food shopping tomorrow, and get some fighting in and then have a chill out day on Friday
