Basically they are a DINKI couple who have no intention of selling, just something they can tell their mates that they are doing in the present housing climate. We have since found out that they have had the house on the market with three different agents in the past 18 months.

Now with the market it was 18 months ago they would have sold in a flash without a doubt.

Their response to our offer...'holding out for a better offer', Well you should have sold quite a while ago then! Nice house though.

well speaking from experience mate the better offer wont come, still plenty more up for sale eh. it still seems a buyers market out there doesnt it?

Are you going to actually show us the house then?

The days seem longer from this lovely elevated split level family home in "Petrie On Pine" Estate because you can see the sunrise sooner and dusk is delayed - that's how high it is.

You notice there is not a single picture of the inside of the house.

Gotta make you wonder. How bad can it be?

They've got pictures of the driveway, the road, the view. But nada of the inside.
