Stop now! All i have is baileys mint and its horrible! Well at least i wont have any......................after my massive roast dinner with all the trimmings, cheese cake, ice cream and wine
Anyone who really needs some help try this.............short term.
Had a mouth ulcer recently and was recommended corsyldol mouth wash, well it should be sold as a diet aid!
Its so gross that your taste buds are knackered for about an hour, which is great if you only eat because it tastes nice and its there!!
Have some after breakfast, lunch and dinner and i promise you will not crave anything because theres no point-you can't taste it!!!
Long term use is not good tho as makes your teeth go brown (mind u using choc mint to clean your teeth anyway!) but to get a few pounds off its great!
Anyone else being good up till xmas apart from fly away? Put down your weight loss in this thread and no cheating (dont put down what you weigh thats private!) and good luck, were gunna need it
