I have put on SO much wieght in the last 2 years. From size 10 to size 18
Can't shift it, no energy, comfort eating cos feel crap etc. Vicious cycle. I really need to do this. (Or get the GP to finally decide that I have an underactive thyroid!!)

Fly Away - when did you last have thyroid test? If it is over 6 months, go back to see your GP!
For most of us though, the answer is more discipline in our eating habits & exercise & for many but by no means all, it is as straightforward as that. Please note though that I did not say it was simple 'cos it is not!
I know the theory, I just need to stay motivated for more than 5 seconds to make it happen!
Tomorrow is another day to start afresh girls.

Right ladies i'm back on track, been a good girl today, except the 2 sweeties i had to suck before i died of starvation this afternoon. Going swimming tonight..... Do you think they have Chinese Whaler's in Yorkshire
