There's some old rivalry between our town and a very similar one 15 minutes down the coast. The kid's from each town drive over, tag the surf club and skate parks in the respective towns and then go home. But that's about it.

If I caught kids graffiti'ng my wall or fence I pin the little 'uggers down and spray them head to tow with there paint.
