Gordon Ramsay

It's typical emotional diatribe.
I want to put sticks in my eyes and twist them till they bleed

And vice versa. The time Tracey Grimshaw spent responding to this was like tit-4-tat:curse:.
Personally I don't care if either is pissed off with one another. They are showbiz celebraties each wanting to score points. They shouldn't get the general public involved with their childish behaviour

A little thicker skin is required if you ask me? Talk about taking it badly?

I was left incredulous watching the A Current Affair team last night using their own programme as a vehicle for retaliating to Gordon Ramsay's tirade of abuse against Tracey Grimshaw. Obviously, it was uncalled for but did they really have to use valuable airtime (an abuse in my mind) so that Tracey Grimshaw could effectively say "I'll scweaam and scweaam and sceaam until I'm sick!!" to Gordan Ramsay? She came across like a pathetic schoolgirl dobbing in to teacher.

Why does anyone watch this tripe?

No offence but valuable airtime and ACA do not go together. I guess the only thing in favour of last nights programme (didn't see it) was that she wasn't spouting guff and being totally obnoxious to someone about some unsubstantiated heinous crime which turns out to be nothing of the sort.

She's not ugly either so I'm sure that Gordon was simply using the lowest form of humour as the basis for promoting himself in Australia? I mean, he's got a face like a gravel path....

I guess I have to agree with the premise of what you are saying and ACA is a bag of horse-shit but I simply found it amazing that she used a nationally aired programme as a platform for her personal schoolyard antics?

Exactly. It could hardly be taken seriously by any normal person who's seen his face
Still think he's hot though.

Maybe she's just sending out mixed signals on purpose? She doesn't want to come across as easy but she does have to convince him that he wont contract swine-flu if they get low-down and nasty?

Makes me wonder if Ramsay will regret how he is known in twenty or thirty years time. He'll just be remembered as the foul-mouthed rant man, and not as a good chef. Shame he's gone for the cash and left his integrity somewhere in the gutter....
There'll be lots of four letter words in his obituary, but "chef" probably won't be the first one.
Anyway, Grimshaw needs to get over it, and definitely a case of HTFU Australia!

The hypocrisy is rife in this thread.
Firstly, what he said did not have any humourous content whatsoever, I really don't care who is offended - Jews, blacks, lesbians, cripples etc -they are all fair game to me but there has to be some intelligence and humour behind the comments. I wonder at the mentality of people who just find abusive comments amusing.
Secondly, Brits complaining about Aussies and the PM etc getting involved is a bit rich considering how morally defunct the UK is and how much people like Tony Blair and Gordon Brown have become involved in absolutely trivial issues (Shilpa Shetty debacle for example).

Never watched the foul one's cooking show - to me his language is the linguistic equivalent of looking down and smelling an open sewer. As for his rant victim - never watched her show either.
However, I did read the rant report, and believe Ramsey has sunk to a new level of low. I just hope he loses his viewers: why would anyone bother with such a low-life anyway? There are plenty of other cooking shows.
PS I'm pretty sure he only apologised to try to save his ratings.

How? Why? No on second thoughts I really don't want to know
