Actually, Richard Richards was our neighbour - he sold his house yesterday. Our new neighbour's maiden name is Sharon Essex!

A friend of mine's surname is Payne and his dad was in the army and is called Major Payne :p

My husband went to school with a guy called Taliasan (sp?), hubby says his parents were full on hippies (no surprise there), he was always a little peculiar and would run away whenever a girl went near him.

Our chimney sweep is called Mr Bristlely and locally there's a Fred Scruby, painter & decorator and Mel Cottage, builder.
Oh and a Fanny Peers lives in the village!!

No wonder I want to go to Australia! :)
