There was a stage of calling kids 'Britney', Chelsea and courtney, and they usually had a staffie dog called 'Tyson'.

A whole culture.

2. Russell Sprout (Mum said when she was having me, the woman in her maternity ward called her son 'Russell' and her surname was Sprout.

When my cousin was having her first baby, a woman on her ward also had a boy with this same name  God, not two of them.

Also a girl I know had a little girl she named Millie. Pretty name I thought, until I found out her surname..............Mitas (pronounced Meetas.)

And a lad at my sister's school had the unfortunate name of Wayne Kerr
