oh my... I know that feeling sooo well!
I missed a couple of weeks at Karate.. went back last Thursday, had a fabulous time.. legs still aching for 2 days... went today and today they were doing abs.. I dread to think if i will be able to get up from a chair tomorrow without holding onto a hand rail!!

I just use EA Sports Active on the Wii, O....M....G it is fab, I was well into it in the UK and then got side-tracked but am raring to go again. This morning it had me running, lunging, doing fast kick-backs, boxing etc, bloody exhausting but its such a good workout and cheap as chips too! lol

Exercise (go for a run) very early in the morning. Its very quiet outside and running beside the ocean in the very early morning is beautiful and gives me time to myself and prepare for a very busy day......
