I've just ironed towels. Towels.

What has become of my life?

If insane, the post isn't dull. Therefore I'll go with dull.

In-laws. (They may not have paint on their bedroom ceiling but they will have ironed towels.)

Actually, every day is *&^%ing dull at the moment. I get up early, I get showered and dressed, and then I wait for a tradie to turn up. They don't seem to be able to commit to a time.

We've had various trades here, sometimes multiples, since 28 November, and they've worked Saturdays and some public holidays too. I'm over it, and I still don't have any patio doors on my dressing room. (3 weeks? Nearly 4? I've lost track. And this is not renovation work, this is remedial work.)

Meanwhile I try to keep everything vaguely clean so I don't have another asthma attack, and I try to get ready for visitors.

Dull dull dull dull dull.

Dull dull dull dull dull.
Our floorboards are over halfway laid... They just finished the old part of the house. Tomorrow we have to move all of the furniture...yet again... plus some of the old kitchen stuff whilst the floorers have a day off for our move. Took us 9 hours last time and that was in temps between 35 to 40 degrees. Then when they've finished the new part or extension then we can move all the Kitchen stuff back.... Then they can do the Sunroom.... Yaaaayyyyy !!!!!!!!

Yay.... Only the new roof... rest of the plastering...Painting... Kitchen... Bathroom fitting....and Landscaping to go. .... That should take us through until after Easter at least..... Yaaaayyyyyyy .

It's 6pm and I'm already in my pyjamas. Oh yeah, it's all rock and roll around here!

Edit - And I've got a sore throat.

Far duller, landlord fixed damp ceiling while I was away, which meant he kindly left paint scrapings, dirt and dust all over the floor
