most of the alt tags are done now - just need to confirm with Gill on some of them what the photos are actually of :)

we generally always include alt and title tags for all links. Image or text !

alt="this is the lounge " title="this is the lounge "

Takes up extra bytes, but works good within diff browsers. Some robots spider alt & title tags

We are asked to do a site , we offer to help.

We spend our time doing it at our expense.

We totally re-write code, set up and offer ongoing support.

We host, at our expense...

and I think we charged 30 bucks lol

Where do these prats come from.

My 30 site is just a personal site we started ground up yrs ago, check it on Aussie whois, ya friggin genius. As with many domains we own, we populate them, and sit them there on the servers. Doesnt mean we make a living from it.

Some ppl collect action figures made from lead, and paint them.. this happnes to be my hobby.

We also did the same or a guy who owned a swimming pool business, didnt charge him a bean.

The retort, was your a Plonker was in regard to the geeks site.

Which does happen to be a ground up site designed by us in house, with 800 ppl online at most times...

But why am I justifying myself to a Shit Pipe Fella !!!!

FFS , Ste get some sense of proportion here

Rest my Case !

Ste

Thanks Ste - your input is very much needed here and has been a great support to me! Dont let him get to you. FWI cadburys....lorem ipsum is what web designers use to fill a page with content while it is in the process of being built - this then lets viewers know that the site is still in progress.

Get over yourself and stop being so bloody nasty to people for no reason.

Some search engines ignore Title attribute, some dont display ALT attribute.

Adding both doesnt hurt :)

I have no idea what is going on there.

Sometimes these ppl like one and one, parse data via the template from a global directory.
So what you think you see isnt where you think its coming from. If that makes sense.

Have you got no ftp access at all?

they say its just /. (which is added automatically when you upload) so I've left it blank - if I put public_html it fails and if I add /. it just creates /./.

So......alt tags for IE and title tags for Mozilla - strange.......but true :) (you prob already knew that though!!)
