brilliant.

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?”

The Lord replied,
“The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you.”

Hiya, yea thats the one. It did have an impact on me that but it sums up how i feel about God or spirit whatever you want to call him. Nice to know theres always someone there

You're a nurse aren't you. What's the problem with surgically assisting yourself

BTW Barbie probably liked it

A colleague at work got his girlfriend pregnant. They decided to terminate the baby and the relationship ended in late 2004. Had he made a commitment to her and their unborn child they would all have been on Phi Phi island on 26 December 2004.

I don't like to dwell on it too much, but somehow, it seems, the whole is more than the sum of the parts.

My mother-in-law's favourite words

I'd like to think that there is someone watching over me and looking out for me but I don't believe there is. Mrs M does believe that her nanna is looking out for her, and this was backed up when she visited a medium who mentioned lots of things that she couldn't have known beforehand.

Just let me know which hospital you plan to work at and I won't go there

I prefer my medical staff to be professionals
