Re: Birth Control Pills
Yeah, but you're weird. I'd take the word of a random stranger in another part of the world who's probably a garbage collector over the word of someone who's spent years at Uni training to be a medical professional. Pah, what do they know?

Now I'm not a professional Doctor but I am an amateur Doctor and I can say emphatically the answer to OP's question is yes.

Now I may not be the sharpest knife in the block (I am actually but bear with me) but I can't find a question in the OP that requires a yes

Re: Birth Control Pills
I am a doctor, and usually believe most of the stuff that I tell myself (and others)
I (and most other people here it would seem) just don't happen to think that an internet chat forum is the appropriate place to be raising somebody else's health issues just because you don't agree with what the doctor has prescribed.
You aren't in possession of the requisite medical training, nor are you in possession of all of the relevant medical history and facts. Having read articles in womens magazines sadly doesn't count.
If it were your case, and you wanted the second opinion of posters on the forum, then that would be a different matter, but given it's somebody elses case, I think you risk looking like an interfering busybody.

She never used to be like this when she posted a few years ago. In the interim period I think Luma has gone stark raving bonkers!
