Sometime this year - no firm date:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/drama/ashestoashes/

Should be worth waiting for.

Haven't seen any ads for it on television yet & expect the new series will be fairly well advertised like the others were.

Kept hoping through the last series that they would bring John Simm back as he wasn't actually killed off in Life on Mars.

Late last year the ABC bought the rights to screen it in Australia. Emailed them but they said that as of January they had no plans at that stage as to when they will screen it.

Just finished the US version of Life on Mars in the States. Bloody awesome series with a fantastic (different - non-depressing) ending. Far far better than the drab UK show. The cast (Harvey Keitel, Michael Imperioli and Jason O'Mara) were outstanding throughout.

Such a pity that ABC such pricks they cancelled it because the costs of production in the Long Island studio were put up.

Wow, didn't know there was one in the US and what a cast.

I'll try and catch that, big fan of Keitel.

Not that I am condoning BitTorrent but you can't trust these stupid Australian networks to tie their shoes let alone play an entire series back to back without putting their foot in their mouth and their thumb up their arse.
