What happens if I call an ambulance for an old dear who's collapsed in the street? Will she get presented with a bill for hundreds that she probably can't pay?
Should I be asking people first if they can afford an ambulance... and if not just let them croak in the street?

must say the first thing we done when we arrived with 3 young boys
good job as the youngest broke his arm last week at the park

All I know is in WA they do, I would assume that to be the same for all of Australia as this is usually government funded but that would be up to the individual to check out for the area they live in and not to rely on assumptions
