What do you expect no murders to ever happen to OZ, the muder rate in the USA is 4 times that of OZ, the murder rate in OZ is very low compared to most countries, most murders in OZ are domestic disputes like this one or criminals killing other criminals.
l don't see many young Aussies lining up to leave the sun beaches and booming OZ economy for grey depressing broken bankrupt Browns Britain

TWO men who died after a fight sparked by a dispute over money in a suburban Perth street were Indian students, police have confirmed.

Why would that be racist, it does not have any context to the place of origin. The values statement has been in place for over two years if memory serves me, and is a written undertaking for any permanent visa. Everyone has to sign up to an Australian way of life - not the "Australian race", if that makes sense.

Let's say authorities find you lying on your application (job history, criminal record, what have you) - that may be a reason to have the visa revoked, isn't it? Likewise, the values statement is part of the application, so if you go back on that part, why should it be any different to lying on the rest of the application?
