Honestly dont know exactly, but not heard anywhere in internet, TV or newspapers that any Indian attacked since July 2009 in Canada. But there were several cases of indian assault since July 2009 in australia, so guess it and mention it.

1. Punish only immigrants, don't you know that immigrants are victims in (99%) of the crimes.

Where are your statistics coming from? 99% of crime victims are immigrants?

Right. So a 17 year old bogan and his mates are out drinking and doing ecstacy in a park late at night. They decide to "roll" a passerby but wait! They could be stuffing up the chances of any future children so decide to be nice law abiding boys instead. Lord, give me strength.

So, where are the Canadian stats for this? Because the newspapers haven't said "racist attack on x victim" that means that there haven't been any non raciallly motivated victims?

Here a strong punishments come in picture, if they know they will have to pay a huge for a crime they might cancel their programme of saturday night crime.

The police already do not attend for "minor" crimes, such as missing children. Trust me on this one; my 13 year old child was missing for 5 days and not once did the police come around to my home. It was only when I said I would go to the media did they bother to start keeping in contact with me.
My house was robbed during the night, while my family slept. My husband rang 000 and not only did the police not bother to show up, they didn't even bother to ask our address.
Don't fool yourself that Australian police give a flying **** about small scale crime in this country.

You can pls. mention any other cases if you know.

Why? We don't live in Canada. Thx for reminding me that we are not in Canada.

But I question future migrants.

This country is expensive, boring, dangerous and yet many of you thinks it will solve your problems and have dreams of moving out whilst many Aussies especielly younger are desperate to move out.

This country is a dump and I'm Aussie!

Yes - Australia is perhaps the ONLY country in the world to enjoy a flattering reputation that it doesn't deserve in the least. How this happened I don't know. People think it's great and, if you have half a brain, you get here and go ''is this it...what's so wonderful???? sunshine???? is that it?????"

Unfortunately Aussies love their country in a way only previously modelled by Americans so they are bound to continue crapping on about its wonderfulness at least as long as fast-food, ex-council estate Brits keep coming here and getting excited by the McMansions, drive-throughs and easy access to skin cancer.

But those are most likely the ones that are causing the problems that you are reading about. !!

They are the ones YOU want to stop, aren't they ?

Yep, you are correct in most times. I am sorry, no idea how to handle 17 years old bogan, i think its Govt. responsibility to think about minors.

A 17 year old isn't really a minor these days, not far off being 18 and an Adult.

But even few that are 20+ would worry about family members when they are doing stupid drunken things and attacking people.

Ok, I'll change that to "18 year old bogan" then. Legally an adult in Australia. Old enough to vote, get married, buy alcohol, drive, be sent to adult court for crimes.

You missed one.... "A person must be 18 years of age or over to obtain a firearms licence in Australia"

Great, then read my suggestion as per my earlier post which is referring to your said conditions. Best deal for them>10 years jail without parole & without getting bored to see parents & other beloved once & without worring about living costs & food, thats what they want, isnt it? Hassle free living & lodging for which they are practicing criminal activities. P.S.: Its my suggestion only in free speech country.
