Re: 2nd Indian found dead

Just been another attack on Inidans in Melbourne, someone poured petrol over an Indian and set him alight, maybe they are being targeted by racists.

Maybe all the publicity, and all Australians being called racist, is creating tension and causing people to do what they have already been accused of.

I recall when I was younger and foolish, that if I was blamed for something that I had not done, I would always do it, just for the shear sake of it. After all, I had already had the blame for it, so why not.

Maybe you should work for the Police, as you already seem to know the reason for the attack. No need for detective work to check things out. Just write up a report....

But it's exactly that sort of response that gathers momentum and then becomes claimed as fact and when the true facts come out, if racism is not at fault, that bit gets ignored. That's why the media is so dangerous (especially the Indian media at the moment apparently).

My great great-great -grandfather moved to Canada almost 3 hundred years ago. Probably well before yours to Australia. And yes I am an immigrant in Canada.
You are welcome to Canada. We have AustraliEns living and working here. We don’t discriminate others and DON’T tolerate racist/nationalist attitudes. Everyone is welcome as long as if they accept our civilized morals.

.

People have the right to bring it UP every time a scumbag comes up with a racist act.
As I noted before I am not going to point you out every line in this thread.

I mean it.
Just like Canada. French came first than Brits, than other Europeans. That was more than 400 yrs ago.

SecretHero,
If your generations are living in Canada from 300 years why you still call yourself 'an Immigrant'.
That way 95% people living in Australia are also immigrants because only Aborginies are original inhabitants. An old immigrant has no right to say this to a new immigrant

'We grew here, you flew here'
'We natives should get the jobs first'

Maybe…to many Indians.
I heard that once when I was on a visit to UK.

You're in luck, I have my family tree in my inbox. It sez I was born in Australia just like it sez on my birth certificate.

I-m-m-i-g-r-a-n-t. There, saved you the trouble. Fortunately I'm not one or I'd be inclined to slash my wrists with wretchedness.

The problem with your eenglis / anglais / inglés revealed.

We are just by passing. Noone owns anything.

My comments were to those that seem to have problems with other minorities.
They seem to think Immigrants=criminals but fail to understand that the immigrants are the back bone of country.

If an Indian moved to Australia lets say 100 years ago. What do you call them in OZ?

Mine says Canadien.
I am pretty sure you’ll fine plenty of Indians that were born in Australia too.

BTW, I don’t have time to point out your typos..
Maybe in a essay contest..
