I do think its cowardly to send someone a nasty PM.
I have never ever done that. I will argue my point in the relevant post and thats that. Ive never had anyone on ignore.

It seems to have started in an exchange between pheonix and HUP, but i actually KNOW (for a fact) that this is not the case as i had a PM from her last week stating she was pissed off with a lot of people on here and at that time HUP wasn't mentioned. ((I still have it......)
I actually liked Janey a lot and was sorry that her and HUP were having a spat.
Hup is my husband and, if you read the thread in question he said nothing to inflame Phoenix at all. She cracked it, for whatever reason and Matt is now seen as the bad guy just cos he didn't back down. Which incidentally, neither did Janey
So before anyone takes sides maybe they should be aware of ALL of the facts before making a stupid situation even more idiotic

People leave the forum for many reasons, they need a break from it as it takes over, their migration situation may have changed and they cant face it or they have decided to give it up.
Or as BLC says, they may have been chased off.
Probably happens on most forums.
But I do think anyone who resorts to sending nasty messages is a coward.

I don't think Hup is getting the blame, is he??
I know he can put his point across strongly but Ive never seen him being abusive, I'd be very surprised if anyone is making him out to be the bad guy.

i agree mate - some are just spoiling for a fight
and i for one just dont bother to post on a lot of threads any more because there is always someone who wants to bite your head off and its simply not worth the aggravation
