Not to be difficult or anything, I don't know the duck-person, but is this now open season on ducks? So maybe the poster said something we disagree about (I for one like the bouncy breast jogger :D ), but isn't the point of this thread that people have a right to their opinions even if we think it's rubbish? No need to get insulting about someone taking their version of the moral highground, if the shoe doesn't fit HUP et al, don't wear the damn thing!

I very rarely post on this site but feel compelled to.

I have no choice but to post this in here as the thread i wanted to post in has been locked.
It relates to this comment made by Bondipom.

Please read the FAQ. If people want tits and ass there are plenty of other sites out there. This is an inclusive place and there are those who dislike having bosoms thrusted at them and we take into account their sensitivities. It is only a temp ban and frankly I can understand why flutterscutter was banned. Some people do not get a simple message.

Firstly, i would like to point out that in the rules it states that avatars must not be naked or pornographic. Fluttercutters avatar was neither naked or pornographic. It was a cartoon of a woman jogging.

This lady has been very friendly to me, and as far as i am aware she has never been rude, abusive, swore and carried on like many other members who are allowed to do just that in all areas of this website.
Until she made the fatal mistake last night of asking a question in defense of Megalanias banning, not one of you moderators took the slightest bit of notice of her avatar. She was not rude or abusive in the question she asked. She admitted to making a mistake posting it on the forum and rectified that by posting to a mod.

The only thing this lady did was question double standards in allowing some words on here and not others. To make this point she highlighted a reply in the sport section where a moderator himself had made quite derogitory comments about Australians. She had not requested it should be removed, but was merely using it as a yardstick to make her point. I, as well as many other members here, felt it was a fair question.
Shortly after her avatar was questioned. It was susbsequently removed by a moderator.
Once again she felt this was unjust and unfair considering the nature of other avatars, threads and posts within this forum. Once again she used another members avatar to highlight a point of double standards. This other persons avatar had been used here since January and no one had questioned it.

I, and many other members feel the moderators of this forum need to address this issue.

You cannot have one rule for one member and one for everyone else. If you do stick and adhere to your exact rulings, this site will take a nose dive as practically every forum within it has strong language, pornographic references from time to time and is generally set up for adults and their sense of humour.

Purely by not being open as moderators and discussing the issues, a catalogue of bannings, threats and excessive restraints have been placed without respect or consideration for the members concerned.

I just hope you have got this message Bondipom as i feel there are many members who would agree with me.

I expect a banning shortly for my impudence.

Thank you Hayley... for being a voice of reason... and if you are banned then I really will lose all hope for the forum.... I accept that being a Mod may not always be easy and may put you in the firing line sometimes, but no-one is forced to be one and if they are not prepared to justify their judgements sometimes then I for one think they shouldn't make them. This doesn't refer to any individual mod or situation - it is a general observation!

And since each member of the forum has the power to control which posters and avatars they see on the forum, I find that the complaint that any particular one is offensive is a rather hollow one.... fine if it is pornographic or explicit... but if not, just remove it from your particular forum world.
