This is a straight forward question, for people to ask if they have a zillon things going on in there life like starting a new life in a new country. we cant be all know-it- alls can we? the world would be so dull with people like you in the majority!

You probably came across my thread regarding 'sky' problems. I would seriously recommend you cancel now, and in writing, send by registered post and keep copies, ask for written confirmation that the account is going to be cancelled on the date you have given (best for end of billing cycle) and confirmation the account has been paid up in full when you have done so.
