Sounds like a nightmare.
I mean theres the good and bad side to rain. I'm not stupid enough to actually believe we should never have rain, but it does sometimes happen at really unfortunate times. (Mrs Dagboys next Barbeque for example). Its actually a pity we didn't get the summer storms, that way we could actually whinge about the rain without all these people saying 'oh we need the rain'.Yes we need rain, but not every bloody day for 3 weeks. Its drier in Ireland

Jeez, Mrs Dagboy must have been dancing naked waving lillies in the air last night.
(or whatever her rain dance is...)
Bloody hell, the backgarden was flooded, power was off, visibility of about 2 inches, thunder, lightning. Its over now thank god.
And its all heading towards Sydney

Yep it poured here too, Dagboy looked out the window this moring & said "Looks like the dam is nearly full". He of the "cant see anything in front of his face without his glasses" eyesight, failed to see that it had overflowed & run into the next door neighbours dam so much that the next door neighbours dam is almost in our property now
