I live in Buderim and smile every day as I ride my scooter up or down the hill and get the most fantastic sea views you could imagine. That what MAKES Buderim - that it IS on top of a hill. That's it's charm.... Busy? Well it's not the M6 The houses ARE beautiful too - all so different. I've never heard anyone say a bad word about Buderim. In fact, many locals outside the area envy those who live there. Sunshine Sarah |

Any feed back on these areas would be appreciated. :) Gillian. A 'Noosa' property could be located in Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction, Noosaville, Tewantin - in fact anywhere within a 10k radius really. Be particularly careful if the ad says 'Noosa area' - that means it's definitely not in Noosa! You really have to check the actual street addresses to find out where the property really is. |

It's only the village that get's busy and that's only really school hours, I dont think its in danger of being over developed YET? out of all the places we've been to in Aus i can say Buderim is one of the best places we've been too, we've been hear 6mths now and the view to the ocean still takes my breath away from the top of Buderim, it's 20 minutes to Australia zoo, 10/15 mins to the ocean, 20mins to Caloundra, 10 mins Mooloolaba, 8 mins to Chancellor Park, 35 mins into Noosa. 10 mins Maroochydore.
