The warmth and humidity have just kicked in in Brisbane, so nice.

I am freezing. Have my fluffy bed socks and the heater on. It is only 19C.....where is summer?

Greenest year in ages down here, beautiful weather for gardening and the garden itself. Although only 15 Degrees tomorrow. It's raining once more and things are growing like crazy. Going to be a bumper crop on all aspects. Might even get the Dragon Fruit to produce this year, if we get some warmer weather in Jan and Feb. The Avocados are going great and the Tomato plants are getting big. Got 12 varieties of Chilli growing and blimey everything is in real abundance. Bananas and Apples in the same location, not bad eh Although the Bananas dont get very big, plus they take up a hell of a lot of room. Hence I got rid of mine to the Melbourne Zoo a few years back for the Elephants. Some people from the zoo came and collected the whole plants.

Cant wait to get out into the garden tomorrow. One thing about Melbournes weather is the ability to grow just about anything, especially if you can work out your micro climates.
