WTF is going on? She brought them back placed the in the trolly then walked away and didn’t say a word!
Just another day in paradise!!!!

For the previous 3 services she has been getting a lovely letter and text message telling her that our car has been going for a service whereas we get nothing. On the 3 previous services we have changed the details to our new house and number but the computer never seems to get the update.
We have just had the 60k service last Saturday so lets see if its third time lucky.

Where did you live in the UK? I'd really like to know, since it must have been 100% perfect and I wouldn't mind moving there myself for this very reason.
