There was a brilliant book out last year called The Little Book of Chavs (The Branded Guide to Britain's New Elite).
Gives a very detailed description of their habits and particularly good is a large list of towns of where they can be found.

Probably. The author is called Lee Bok (think about it) and reckons he visited Chav hangouts.
My fave is Hull - "outside Burger King and KFC on a Friday night you can watch teenage mums feed chips to their one month old babies".
I found the book is best read when you're slightly pissed with a group of friends
