I guess it refers to a unsavoury person, what does it mean and where has it come from..

my brother is a chav, although he says he isnt,

I dont possess anything else that even remotely resembles burberry so perhaps I'm borderline. Nah I'm me and thats all there is to it. I bought the bag fro practicality not the fact that it was fake burberry, got it from Lancing Market on a bank holiday. Oh how I miss those markets, dogfood burgers, shoving and jostling past crowds of people, rain pouring down.
Oh and thankyou but I don't fall into the category of having no moral values despite possessing a chav lookalike bag.
