I do not want any more stuff. Really Really. My wife would debate this though, and probably needs some of her things "updating".

A also cannot believe that I have posted about the weather.

Tupperware and the weather. I need to get out more.

Kala, i think it is time to worry, not only have you dedicated a whole thread to tupperwear without letting it go off track at all (new thread for target bargains!!!) but now you are seeking friends of the same persuasion:scared: .

step back from the computer and go outside to see the real world, it is not full of people wearing tupperwear hats, i am sure there is a support group somewhere for people with the same problem as you, it is called TT (tupperwear trauma):D

Louise,

If you had taken the time to follow up on my other weather post, you would have seen that there are 4 current severe weather warnings in WA. Now this means that if Kala sticks her head outside, she will be whipped away up into the air rather like on that film Twister if you have seen it. (I was going to say like the cow was, but I don't know her, so it may have been a bad thing to say).

She may be a little better prepared for that kind of trip wearing dome of the tupperware products.

Re: tupperware

It ok I am hiding inside from the weather (which is getting a little scary) dividing my time between talking on here about tupperware, getting the pantry prepared for the new tupperware arrival(that bit was a joke) trying to wire up my new massive TV, speaking on MSN to my 9yr old cousin in Mel who is so bloody quick at msn she makes me feel like a computer virgin and checking backpackers in.

There you go I made the thread go off subject

Anyone want a lunchbox ;)

It was like watching a sex toy addict at an Anne summers party, people getting really excited over a can opener that costs $50, a jug you can put in the microwave for $52, a manual lemon squeezer that cost $18.
(forgive me if I am wrong but cant most jugs go in the microwave???)

I was in the garden peeing my pants laughing and found Ants cousins husband being a bloke I thought He'd understand!!! how fooled was I He was telling me that it was great value cos it the $52 jug has a life time guarantee, so I pointed out to him that I could buy a jug from crazy clarks for $2 and should I ever need to replace it it would cost me another $2 and the real life chance of me having to replace it 25.5 time in my whole life were very slim therefore making the life time guarantee of tupperware pretty crap.

Anyway after having a few jack daniels I purchesed myself the 2 lunchbox's for $67 (well worth it as they can hold a whole box of cereal) and now want to add to the collection which I am hoping to do as my free gift when I con a load of people into buying overpriced lunchboxes at my party.

AHH you'll make a country gal out of me yet ;) Australia

I'm really sorry to dissapoint but I have just looked through the catalogue and cannot see a specific beetroot container, there are lunchbox's which would fit a med can of beetroot for about $20.

Kala, I hope you've made a new will so that if the scary weather blows you away, at least the tupperware will go to a good home :D

Does this mean the beetroot container is now a collectors item. I HAVE ONE, eat your heart out girls :D

My mother in law gave it to me when I arrived here, bit like a induction ceremony into the secret rituals of australian women it was presented over tea and lammies.

Magnificent item it is too :D clear with a beetroot coloured top and a thing inside that looks like an horizontal fish slice with a handle so you can drain your beets.

Pity really nobody in this house eats beetroot.

Not so fast! :D there could be other interested parties, any rise on 50 bucks for my original aussie tupperwear beetroot container.

I forgot to mention, when you lift your beets it has a turn and click action so you dont even have to hold them up while you drain, they stay there suspended above the beet juice till ready to use, brilliant now what about a serious bid.

Do I see $100 :D

this woman at capalaba park shopping centre leapt out from her stand and tried to get me to sign up as a demonstrator...I coulndt beleive the stuff is still going. Then at playland the other day a women I had never met handed me a card to invite me to her tupperware party.

My mother in law gave me her 30 year old salad crisper and when we bought our house here they left us two bright orange large tupp. containers. My parents have stuff that is 30 years old and some more stuff they use for dog bits which belonged to grandparents, scratched to hell so I'm sure its not hygenic but the lids still fit.

The baby shape sorter was the same as in target for about 4 times the price, yes they do baby shape sporter toys in the new tupp. catalogue.

And do you know the huggies nappies here are the old boy girl blue adn pink ones with no stretchy crawler sides, we get all the crap old products but we do get the sunshine !!
