I have just made a lovely banana and orange juice and have got my juicer out and dusted it off! and have resolved to get up 20 minutes earlier and do the exercise before the kids are up! I am determined to do it I have been pregnant for 3 years in a row and I need to take control now before I become a right bloater as I am only 5" 2 and any extra weight really shows!
Good luck to everyone - perhaps we can motivate eachother!

I tried spitting it out honest, but it clung to the roof of my mouth..

Oh yes I should have added that as well when I mentioned that naughty Xmas cake. It is so much nicer with a glass of red!

That is my approach but unfortunately I have magic kitchen cupboards that never ever run out of nice fattening things!

Exactly, especially with 3 children in the house.

I think the funny side of this post is I have yet to see a Pom arrive in OZ and not put on a total truckload of weight! (Sure some fitness freak will now say they lost it)
Anyway, life in a car kicks in as most places are too far too walk too, even posting a letter or getting the paper/milk. Most mums spend a huge chunk of the day dropping kids everywhere, its dark early in winter 5pm and 7 pm in summer so walking is hard unless you get up real early and who has the time in the morings?
Diet here is positively junkey, dont say you'll not get sucked in we have been back a week and eaten take out three times as Social entertainment plus one fatty bbq, eating is really the biggest part of entertaining here. Big macs are half the price of england (great news, the few things that are still cheaper are Petrol and Junk food
) Plus despite all the talk of outdoorsey lifestyle most find mid summer the couch and AC is far more inviting.
Trouble is people dont really think about it at first then 6 months later its "OMG I am blubber". just be aware of the less healthy lifestye as soon as you arrive, 6 months and a couple of stone later most find its too late!
