Well done you for giving up cigs too and an extra big hug for losing 1 stone. Been back on Atkins for just over 2 weeks now in the hope of losing 1/2 stone I gained over chrimbo. I haven't even lost a lb. I have been told that Paul McKenna is ooohhhh soooo good so have bought his book which comes with a CD so am now going to give that a go. Hypno worked with cigs so maybe just maybe it will work with weight too.
