You just pay on the day to get in no discount for prebooked tickets. Might be a different Q, Will ask in town if you can get tickets before, We are meeting a couple who have mover over from South West of the UK with their 4 children, Thought get a spot on the grass in a spot and atleast we can leave stuff there while people go for a walk around.

I went round the Wooden Boat festival a couple of years back - really interesting actually, even for someone with no knowledge of boats or wood!

I have the in laws coming on Sunday from Yorkshire, Duncs dad used to be in the merchant navy as Chief engineer, now retired he loves boats and ships. We are gonna take him along I think he will really enjoy it. I think Alex will like it too, he loves going to the harbour to look at the boats. And I just love eating the fresh chish and fips that's available down there. I have my appetite back now and am up for eating anything and everything!

I'd suggest that you have a look at the program so that you can plan your day. I know we won't last long.... there's only so many glasses of wine I can drink

There is nothing I would love more (apart from my air conditioning unit that is!) Than to sip countless glasses of wine, but I am pregga's with twins, so will have to give those stalls a miss! Never mind there is always next year!!

Hiya Kastell, We've just had our highest temperature ever... recorded yesterday. Which was 42.2 degrees celsius! Which is the exception, rather than the rule.

Our temps can range from the low twenties to the mid thirties in mid Summer. But as a general rule, it's usually somewhere in the twenties.
