Yeh that's great our son is 15yrs too! Kawana hotel is just on the nicklin way about 5mins outside of Mooloolaba on the left hand side just before the kawana shopping centre.

The more the merrier - welcome .
Went to the drive through bottle shop (drive through off licence) just next door to the Kawana Hotel on Saturday only to find it gone! Signs all still there but the building totaly gone , had to do a double take a bit of a strange feeling . Seems to have gone virtually overnight. Just better keep your eye on the hotel as we will just be stood in the car park !!.

meet up sounds great as missed the last australia day one! moved to coolum 20th jan and in need of some company! andrew a nurse and is due to work that day but is trying to change it so will keep you posted asap. when will the table be being booked? if can come will be me- helen and andrew and 3 children (scarlett-22mths, alicia-4, jude-6). have another daughter but she would be dogsitting as just got puppy. hope can make it but if not sure to be others (lets make sure!). thanks helen

Hi all has anyone actualy booked a table- tables ? Is it required ? Never been down there.

Sounds cool but we are moving over around December. We are going on holiday to see friends in Perth beginning July and me and the OH are flying to Brisbane to see Sunshine Coast, looking at houses, mountian creek school, college and beaches etc etc while my mum has a peep round Perth with our kids. Will there be any chance of having another meet up the middle of July sometime it would be great to meet people out there.

We will be there. Shouldn't be too much of a problem getting tables, it's a big place, however, if you like, we can reserve tables (they have big long ones) as we pop in regularly as live near. It looks to me there could be 30'ish.
Let me know folks, otherwise, we can take pot luck.
