How would they go about tools and tool boxes, i'm a HGV mechanic and have thousands of pounds worth of snap on kit which a lot of the time is covered in oil / petrol or diesel and if somebody came near said kit with a pressure washer or any water based cleaning device i might get a bit upset??? Would they have to be specialist cleaned at extortionate rates?

Hubby has all of his tools as well, you just need to clean them up a bit and they should be fine. All they don't like you taking is aerosols and any oils.
