our PR 136 MODL was pre-granted in 5 months, we're off to Bali in January to have our visas evidenced.

Time flys, if you keep yourselves busy!

Hi, just a quick update from us - we arrived on the 14th and all has been a bit hectic since. Brad has been meeting with agencies and is up to 2d interview stage with 1 job already!!! Trying not to hope too much. But has 5 other opportunities coming soon.
Realise now that we need a car - can anyone recommend where to get one from?
House hunting is driving us up the wall already - not many homes and loads of people looking - and the no reference and job thing is not helping. But Im sure we'll find one. But will be at the Quay cafe tomorrow at 12 to meet some of you - is it obvious who you'll be?????

Also does anyone have tips on how to get a 2 year old to settle - I think ours is missing everyone from home.

Hi Chris and all,

Ally is a nursery teacher (just passed her NVQ3!!) aged 40
Neil that's me, I am a Motor mechanic aged 42

We have friends in the Joondalup area so we plan on starting off there, I have an aunt in Maddington south of the river and a cousin way out in York.

We have various friends who are also going through the visa process as well so we will have a good circle of contacts when we arrive who will make the move a bit easier.

Neil.

Hi Moonlight,

Yes I have MS Word, do not understand why I can't open the document unless it has been saved on the Vista version of MS word in which case it would have a file name that is not supported on XP.

Neil.
