Hi Karen & Neil, sorry about the problems viewing the list, You may be right about the vista thing :unsure: I have a laptop with Vista on & the 'puter at the rental has XP & not sure which one the list was created on but usually updated it using the XP one.

I sorted it(somewhat) date wise by pasting it into MS Excel & then copied it back to word but I don't think that would has been the issue :confused: Hopefully if we can work out a solution :thumbup:

Hi all

We are funnily enough Michael (39) and Helen (39). No kids yet.

Skilled independent visa (136) as a civil engineer, recently got a job in Perth on my last visit with a large project management consultancy. One thing less to worry about, when we arrive in March 08. Hope to settle in central Perth, perhaps Subiaco. Some nice shops/cafes there.

Been to Perth twice already. Second time only last week to validate visa.

Really love the city, and surrounding countryside. Has anyone been to Cavesham wildlife park, and stroked the koloas yet? :D

Said it a few times here now.

Moving to Perth Jan 08. Have a container which can be shared for the right trustworthy person. Not a scam, just a way to save you thousands of pounds, and for me to feel content I have helped another.

PM if interested, as I am trying to complete all my plans in the next couple of weeks, and would be good to firm any committments up.

Hi Michael(helen_and_michael) congrats on securing a job :thumbsup: have added your extra details to the list. haven't been to Cavesham but have been to Marapana Wildlife Park, Loads of Koala's & Roos + loads of little baby Joeys! It's a little bit run down there, I think it's a family run place that could do with a little money thrown at it but still a good half days fun :thumbup:

A feww weeks ago I had a quick look at long term rentals in secret harbour and must admit couldn't find much with pools. Have you managed to find a house with a pool and were there many at all?

congrats on the visa. You probably won't find many with pools. SH is still a fairly new suburb and you will find people who buy houses as investments generally don't put pools in, too much cost and hassle.
