That price is expensive but if you are coming here and need somewhere furnished for a short term it is very convenient.
This is pretty much the going rate for this type of accommodation
There is certainly a big demand for this type of accommodation, we rented a place for a month in Mullaloo and, apart from the bargain basement furnishings was great for us.
Look at Poms in Perth, when we arrived they had 2, maybe 3 properties on their books, in less than a year they have about 12 or so.

its alot easier and cheaper renting a house this way than spending 2 weeks in a hotel. im in beldon by the way, a very nice and quiet suburb.
