Any reduction for free advertising :scared: :scared: Do you think its the price of bread and teabags that keeps the rent prices so high?

:D @ CrescentMoon

Holy crap! I'd rather move to Adelaide than live in Joondalup. It's such a ****ing hole.

asciidental Jan 7th 2004 11:27 am

Whoops! It seems that there is a chance my Adelaide comment can be viewed as trying to start a flame war. It was a joke, Adelaide isn't that bad (except for the tap water :D). There is a brill jewelery store near Rundle Mall that I thought was quite nice, and I love the museum.

:D I remember seeing poms in perth advertising their site on Today Tonight. OMG I hate that show :D. Why does the presenter need a computer at her table

Gawd, is there that little work in Perth:rolleyes:

How many more "I'm trying to get free advertising" posts from Perth can we get ;)

Think I shall try it myself, Dottys place, $2000 a week, pool, airconditioning, free teabags, I've even got a half opened packet of digestives you can have.

Throw in "da pool man" and you got a deal. Oh...do you mind if we do a bit of filming while there.

We'll pay for the stain removal.

Ah a customer already :D

Look as long as you pay the rent you can film whatever you like, It seems you have already heard of the famous movie filmed here. " Dotty and the Pool man" I think it was called.

I believe it became quite famous on this forum, for those not too "sad" to do a search it could give you a few hints.

Please send your 100% non refundable (even if we dont move out) deposit, thank you.

For starters Joondalup is a great area and I would chose to live there when I move back.

Perthrental...there are several suburbs between Whitfords and Joondalup, which suburb are you talking about.
Whether the house be furnished or not, that is way overpriced for a 3 x 1!!

$500 for this place - you are joking right?

People on this site moving to Perth obviously have pretty good internet access - don't you think they will have checked out rental prices! LOL

:D :D :D

That price is expensive but if you are coming here and need somewhere furnished for a short term it is very convenient.

This is pretty much the going rate for this type of accommodation

There is certainly a big demand for this type of accommodation, we rented a place for a month in Mullaloo and, apart from the bargain basement furnishings was great for us.

Look at Poms in Perth, when we arrived they had 2, maybe 3 properties on their books, in less than a year they have about 12 or so.

This place must be really crap if the guy is being vague about where this house actually is :D

Still too pricey however :p
