Hi, we went for 3 quotes going from Aylesbury, Bucks to Melbourne.

Firstly PSS rang me 1 1/2 hours after they were due to arrive to tell my they were ging to be late and would be at least another 45 mins - told them not to bother

Doree Bonner (very informative sales manager) recommended a 20ft Reefer Container at £2956 (Door to Door) 3% Marine Insurance with no excess.

Crown (not overly impressed with woman who came to do the quote, seemed to struggle with what to tell us, kept having to ask her alot of questions) also suggested a 20ft Reefer at £3899 (Door to Door) 3.7% Marine Insurance with £100 excess.

Hi - have narrowed down to inner west suburbs or southern gold coast. Will have to see when we get there to get a 'feel' for which area ultimately (staying with family initially).

Bit scared about the house prices in gold coast tbh - they are really looking not so good value compared to some of the 'best' areas in brisbane. All the work seems to be scarcer down there too...and worse paid - but if money were no object i reckon we would be headed down there

I would highly recommend Crown. It cost us £2500 for a half container and then £288 for insurance - that insured our stuff for £9000. I only gave them 3 weeks notice and that included the xmas hols!! They were very professional. Hope this helps
