We has PSS and were very happy with them from start to finish.

Had none of the problems that others have experienced.

JaneandJim had some bad experiences with PSS,
though I think the main problem was with Chess
(who PSS use in Oz).

To be fair to PSS, they did reply on this forum and
have said they are no longer using Chess.

If you search on Chess, the relevant threads will appear.

We are still in the process of sorting out our shippers,
I want to go with Crown, but they're going to have to drop
their price a bit as at the moment they are £1000 more than
every one else!!!!!

All the best in your search.

I'll give another positive vote for PSS.
No problems either end. They used Oversea shippers and packers for delivering in Brisbane.
Worst part of the whole procedure was waiting for customs to check the shipment once it arrived. Took nearly three weeks after it had arrived at the docks. Not great when you are surviving on only airbeds, mattresses, garden table and chairs.

Robinsons were down on our list. In the end it came down to price. PSS were several hundred pounds cheaper.

regards
Nick

Chess are a conglomeration of independant companies in OZ,who have formed together, for buying and advertising power. THE reason CROWN are dearer, is because they are a huge multinational, and the company that ,picks you up, is the company that delivers you................... MM
