I think the AUD Cinderella run is over, for now. It's taking quite a pounding at the moment as the "risk on" trade comes off so it's more a case of the Aussie weakening rather than the pound strengthening.

The Aussie dollar was never meant to be on a permanent high as soon as the price of commodities takes a hit so will the dollar.
