hmmm really ? I don't know the figures but there has been huge growth in Perth in recent years. Its fallen flat now as others have posted but I'm not sure I'd say it is or was a smaller market.

I'd say Perth is a smaller market than Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in terms of recent construction of skyscrapers, midrise, roads, tunnels, bridges etc but maybe bigger in other areas.
