Perth: Schools/Areas/Airport Commute

Perth: Schools/Areas/Airport Commute
We're currently living in Brisbane but are moving to Perth. Hubby will be FIFO from Perth and I will be working at Perth International Airport. We'll be renting out our house in Brissie and renting in Perth.
Could anyone advise on great schools in great areas within 30-40 minute commute to Perth Airport?
Currently our Daughter goes to an excellent private school, however, it's not imperative that she goes to a private school (she's grade 1 at the moment), we would consider Catholic or a small state school.
