packers are here.too much for a 20ft copntainer help

packers have just finished packing container here and i,ve just been informed i have too much for a 20ft container.
i have nothing extra to the quote i got.
they will let me know when they have run out of space.
what then?
i leave for Adelaide at 9.00 tonight!!!!!!!!!
have to be out of the house by 4.00.
anybody come across this well stressed now

try finding things that are large and leave them, like coffee table and the like.

Surely that is what a quote is for mine tried this one on and I told them that if it did not fit in then it would be at there cost. It soon went in then.

We have about three parcels too much and they sent them in a shared container that followed a couple of weeks later.
A quote is a quote and they are the professionals at working out how much stuff you have and whether it will fit, if it doesn't, this is their problem to either pack the container better or get it out to you later.

If you get three to four estimates you can usually spot those who have quoted on too low a volume!
The reason removals firms quote an estimated volume is as much to cover themselves as the customer, because some customers do actually add stuff which they then insist they showed at the survey!
